Considering that reports and resolutions of Degree Course Council may contain sensitive or otherwise potentially confidential data, relating to the Council itself and Student Body, it is considered inappropriate to proceed with a generalized disclosure. In this section, every document is provided in a redacted version that obscures personal information, especially for non-institutional subjects, respecting personal discretion, as much as possible, but leaving the  student identification number visible to track their own interests.

Provided that the documents are published in the appropriate archive of the University, if a member of the Academic Community, for example a teacher or student of the Degree Course, should need to have access to the above-mentioned documents in their full version, may submit a duly substantiated request to the Coordinator of the Degree Course.
